PASSATO, PRESENTE, PROGRAMMA E OBIETTIVIPassatoIl nostro passato ha 30 anni e nasce con la rivista windsurfisticapiu’ accreditata in Italia fino ad un paio di anni fa.Momenti storici e personaggi epici sono stati immortalati sullenostre pagine e rimarranno punti di riferimento ancora alungo.Molte le generazioni che sono cresciute leggendo i nostri articolied hanno collezionato i nostri numeri.Purtroppo le vicende editoriali hanno accusato i problemi che losport del windsurf ha dovuto attraversare negli ultimi anni ed iproblemi che l’editoria stessa ha dovuto affrontare con ladiffusione di internet.A questi avvenimenti si sono poi aggiunti i problemi economiciitaliani ed un comportamento manageriale discutibile da partedell’ultimo editore: il risultato finale e’ stata la scomparsa diquesta rivista dalle edicole.PresenteSe nel passato ci sono stati degli errori di gestione, dei limitieconomici e di marketing, questo non significa che si debbanobuttare la storia, la cultura ed i contenuti di questo percorso,soprattutto considerando l’affetto e le richieste che il pubblicocontinua a dimostrare ancora oggi nonostante tutte le vicissitudinidel caso.Avremmo potuto abbandonare la nostra missione, lamentarci ecriticare: abbiamo deciso di ripartire da zero, reinventandoci dopoaver fatto una profonda analisi di coscienza e dell’attualesituazione del nostro sport in Italia.Da qui il nostro motto, ripreso dalla “legge della conservazionedella massa” di Antoine-Laurent de Lavoisier: in Natura nulla sicrea, nulla si distrugge, ma tutto si trasforma.Che cos’e’ RIW?La Redazione Italiana di Windsurf: un polo di esperienza e diesperti specializzati in tutto quello che riguarda il windsurf chesi ritrovano in un’associazione sportiva con lo scopo di promuoveree divulgare lo sport piu’ bello del mondo!Programma e obiettiviAttraverso la comunicazione abbiamo l’opportunità di fare qualcosadi concreto e utile per promuovere e divulgare il nostro sport, conl’intenzione di lasciare qualcosa di nostro e qualcosa di migliorealle prossime generazioni.Ci si lamenta spesso delle cose che non funzionano ma raramente sitenta di fare qualcosa per cambiarle: noi possiamo definire ilnostro campo d’azione, mettere in gioco le nostre risorse, capacitàed esperienza per poter influenzare positivamente il nostro sportnel contesto italiano.Aver perso l’editore ieri ci ha penalizzato ma oggi ci offrel’opportunità di poter impostare delle scelte più libere, piùdinamiche e più vicine ai bisogni del mercato e dello sport, nondovendo più rispondere alle logiche economiche di un vecchiodinosauro che cercava di sopravvivere all’interno di un’ ambientedove la velocità e la dimensione degli eventi hanno ormai una scaladi grandezza decisamente più piccola e più veloce.Siete pronti alla RIWoluzione?PAST, PRESENT, ANDPROGRAM GOALSPastOur past is 30 years old and was born with the magazinewindsurfistica more 'accredited in Italy until a couple of yearsago.Historical moments and epic characters have been immortalized onour pages and will remain points of reference for a longtime.Many generations that have grown up reading our articles and haveracked our numbers.Unfortunately the events editorials accused the problems that thesport of windsurfing had to go through in recent years and theproblems that publishing itself has faced with the spread of theInternet.These events were later joined Economic Italian and a questionablemanagement behavior by the last editor: the end result 'was thedisappearance of this magazine from newsstands.ThisIf in the past there have been errors of management, the limits ofeconomic and marketing, this does not mean you should throw thehistory, the culture and the contents of this path, especiallyconsidering the affection and demands that the public continues toshow today despite all the vicissitudes of the case.We could abandon our mission, complain and criticize: we decided tostart from scratch, reinventandoci after a deep analysis ofconsciousness and the current situation of our sport inItaly.Hence our motto, taken from the "law of conservation of mass" ofAntoine Lavoisier: in nature nothing is created, nothing isdestroyed, but everything changes.What is' RIW?The Editor of Italian Windsurfing: a center of expertise andexperts specialized in everything that concerns windsurfing whofind themselves in a sports club with the aim to promote andpopularize the sport more 'beautiful in the world!Program and objectivesThrough communication we have the opportunity to do somethingpractical and useful to promote and disseminate our sport, with theintention of leaving something of ourselves and something betterfor the next generations.We often complain of things that do not work but rarely try to dosomething to change them: we can define our field of action, tostake our resources, skills and experience to be able to positivelyinfluence our sport in the Italian context.Losing the publisher yesterday penalized us but today offers us theopportunity to set the choices freer, more dynamic and closer tothe needs of the market and of the sport, no longer having torespond to the economic logic of an old dinosaur that sought tosurvive within a 'setting where the speed and size of the eventhave now a scale of magnitude much smaller and faster.Are you ready to
